Martin Niemller一段很有意義的詩

今天我讀到一段很有意義的詩，和大家分享。
Martin Niemller(馬丁·尼莫拉)是德國纳粹受害者，他的這首短詩被刻在美國波士頓猷太人屠殺纪念碑上。
　
"They came first for the Communists,
And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
And then they came for the Jews,
And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
And then they came for the trade unionists,
And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
And then they came for the trade Catholics,
And I didn’t speak up because I was a trade Protestant;
And then they came for me . . .
And by that time there was no one left to speak up."



　　他們先是來抓共產黨員，我沒有為他們說話，因為我不是共產黨。
　　他們接著來抓猶太人，我沒有為他們說話，因為我不是猶太人。
他們又來抓工會會員，我沒有為他們說話，因為我不是工會會員。
　　他們再來抓天主教徒，我沒有為他們說話，因為我是新教教徒。
　　最後他們來抓我，可是現在已經沒有人替我說話了。
